Toner and staples

Canon supply toner and other printer consumables as part of the University contract. 

When a printer is running out of toner, the printer will show a message that toner needs to be replaced. 

Order replacement toner

To order more toner, call Canon Service: 0800 035 3535 or email UK@support.canon-europe.com.

You will need to quote the printer serial number.

Canon will send the replacement toner cartridge directly to you. 

Recycle used toner cartridges

Send used toner cartridges in a clear plastic bag, with no other packaging, to the Post Room. 

Canon toner cartridges are recycled at no cost.

There is a small charge for recycling all other toner cartridges, which is paid for centrally, departments do not need to cover this cost.
