The ConsumerLab is part of the new Diet and Health Open Innovation Research Club established in 2022 to operate for five years. It represents an investment of almost £15m that will address the critical barriers to innovation across the food and drink sector. Their vision is to support academic research by developing the capacity to study real-world consumer behaviour creating a UK-wide network of industry and academic members.
