The Menarche, Menstruation, Menopause and Mental Health (4M) inaugural conference: Menstrual and Mental Health in Society

The Menarche, Menstruation, Menopause and Mental Health (4M) consortium are hosting their inaugural conference at the University of Exeter. 

The aim of the conference is to foster collaborative interdisciplinary work within the 4Ms and the consortium is looking to hear from work which address topics related to this theme, e.g.:

  • bidirectional relationships between socioeconomic position and menstrual health and wellbeing
  • the role of education in improving menstrual health awareness and reducing negative impacts on mental health in schools
  • workplace policies like menstrual or menopausal leave
  • menstruation in humanitarian crises
  • socio-legal issues around smartphone period tracking data

Abstract submissions close 1 March 2024
