Hosted by the Wellcome Neural Dynamics PhD Programme
The Psychedelic Renaissance is well underway. Psychedelics are positioning themselves as great disrupters of categorical psychiatric diagnoses - and providing exciting new opportunities for tackling rigid, difficult to treat psychiatric conditions. The talk will explore how psychedelics work neurobiologically, and how different compounds (MDMA, psilocybin and ketamine) share similarities in a clinical setting.
