Visitor parking

Parking at Temple Quarter Enterprise Campus (TQEC) is only available for Blue Badge holders. Find out what parking is available for visitors in the surrounding area.

Park and Ride

Bristol has 6 Park and Ride services stopping at different points across the City Centre. Two of them stop at the Bristol Temple Meads interchange.

Brislington and Portway

The 9 service for both the Brislington and Portway Park and Ride’s stops at the T1 stop on Temple Gate, around a 5 minute walk from TQEC.
The Portway Park and Ride also has a train station that takes you straight into Temple Meads train station. TQEC is conected from the Eastern entrance.

Long Ashton

The m2 service for the Long Ashton Park and Ride stops at the T2 stop on Temple Gate, around a 10-minute walk from TQEC.

Both services have a high frequency of approximately every 10 minutes. Full details can be found on the WEST website.

Public car parks

Public car parks in Bristol are listed on the Bristol City Council website.

Currently the nearest off-street carparks are:

Temple Meads car park run by Network Rail, 500 spaces and an 8 minute walk to TQEC.
Temple Gate car park run by Bristol City Council, 559 spaces and a 7 minute walk to TQEC.
Portwall Lane car park run by Bristol City Council 138 spaces and a 12 minute walk to TQEC.

On-street pay and display parking

There is very limited pay and display street parking around the area of TQEC.

Blue Badge holders can use their badge for:

Single or double yellow lines for up to three hours, or
Free and unlimited parking on-street pay and display bays, limited waiting bays, permit-holders or shared-use areas.

Rent a private parking space

There are also a number of private parking companies that offer rented parking spaces.

Drop off zone

There is a designated drop off and pick zone outside the main building that can be used either by taxi or car passenger.

There is a 10 minute time limit for this area. Visit the Welcome Zone inside the Sloane Robinson Building if an extension of time is needed for mobility or accessibility purposes.

Motorcycle parking

Bristol city council has a range of chargeable and free motorcycle parking.
