Legacy cohorts
Over the course of the twentieth century a wealth of health data was gathered from groups of people across the UK. This data has been valuable in contributing to many health discoveries. And these legacy cohort studies continue to be valuable today.
The IEU is now looking after the data collected from six legacy cohorts:
