The University's job evaluation method (UBJES) assesses the size of each Grade M role and decides it's position within the range.
There are two separate elements for Senior professionals:
• Role progression
• Job evaluation
We have annual procedures for movement to a higher salary point within a range. This role progression is set out in the Salary Review Procedure.
Where there have been substantial changes to a role. Managers can follow the procedure for re-evaluations.
