‌Services we provide

The Campus Procurement provide a professional service managing the procurement of University Campus contracts and large Capital equipment purchases. We seek solutions that provide value for money for the University and are compliant with the obligations under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (also informally known as OJEU Regulations). Wherever possible we will seek to adopt and work within current industry best practice.

Campus Procurement tender throughout the year. Suppliers can registrar for free on the e-tendering portal Bravo Solutions giving them informed contract opportunities and deadlines.

EU Purchasing Thresholds (from 1st January 2020)

Supplies & Services - £188,330   Works - £4,733,252

Light Touch Regime - £663,540   Concessions - £4,733,252

The figures above must take into account the aggregated spend over a 4 year period, for ongoing contracts.

A procurement professional with many years' experience in both the Public and Private Sectors covering a wide range of goods and services including Estates and Services

Will Smalley-BSc MCIPS, Procurement Manager (Campus)

A built environment and procurement professional, with many 20 years’ experience in both the Public and Private Sectors, delivering a wide range of services including procurement and contract management within the construction industry.

Nicci Bratcher, Procurement Assistant (Campus)

A professional with experience working within the procurement team, covering administration duties, contracting and website maintenance; and a point of contact for contracted suppliers.

Sarah Dolman – Procurement Manager  (Professional Supplies)

Procurement Specialist both in Commercial and Public sector. Six Sigma Greenbelt (Lean Management) qualified with a successful track record in implementing supplier KPIs, managing tender processes and negotiating supplier agreements.
