Nathalie Zajaczkowski, a University of Bristol Aerospace Engineering graduate (MEng, 2016 with first class honours) has been awarded the Nangia Young Persons Prize by the Royal Aeronautical Society (RAeS) for her talk entitled 'Wind Tunnel Testing of the Fish Bone Active Camber Morphing Airfoil', which she gave at the 2016 RAeS Applied Aerodynamics Conference. The award is given for the best paper presentation at the conference by a young person.

This conference paper came out of her final year research project which involved a successful wind tunnel test on a novel morphing aircraft wing concept. Her attendance at the conference was made possible through the award of a RAeS Travel Bursary, and she also received the Airbus Student Prize for her excellent academic performance, both overall and in her final year project.

Congrats Nat!
