The OGU hosts a laboratory of the NERC National Environmental Isotope Facility (NEIF), a national facility that exists to provide an organic and stable isotope ratio mass spectrometry service to the UK life sciences community and the Bristol Radiocarbon Accelerator Mass Spectrometery Facility (BRAMS), a state-of-the-art radiocarbon dating facility which provides a radiocarbon dating service to both University of Bristol researchers and to external academic and commercial users.
