COP30 side event: Carbon markets, forests and Indigenous alternatives

This event explores the climate indigenous alternatives, the impacts of carbon markets, and the alternative models and economies that Indigenous peoples are developing, on the ways in which climate finance can better support Indigenous mitigation and adaptation strategies, specially forest fires.
