One award will be made to an individual (within Professional Services or a technical team) who provides support for teaching and learning and/or pastoral support and who meet some (or ideally all) of the following criteria:

 

• works with staff and/or students to enable excellent teaching, learning or student support 
• are approachable and offer high quality advice and guidance  
• supports and empowers students to reach their potential and thrive both personally and academically  
• contributes to the creation of a flexible, inclusive and dynamic learning environment across the physical and digital campus
