Songs for Our Time

In their first performance since February 2020, Bristol University Singers present a programme inspired by the Five Spirituals from Tippett’s pacifist oratorio ‘A Child of Our time’. Along with works by Parry, Finzi, Holst and Pearsall, the programme speaks to feelings of loss, hope and faith that feel incredibly relevant after this extra-ordinary year. This socially-distanced performance will be live-streamed from Bristol’s Victoria Rooms and will be available to view for 24 hours.
