a group of people learning how to create a pot

School of Anatomy Potting Workshop

Across the UK many anatomy departments own cadaveric material that is kept in fluid filled display pots and is used for anatomical teaching. These beautifully preserved, dissected, mounted and potted specimens are hidden treasures in any anatomy department.

Here at the School of Anatomy we have over 1000 potted anatomical specimens in our collection which we have built over decades. This is testament to the team of skilled technicians who have honed their trade over the years and become experts in this field.

The team at the School of Anatomy have designed an anatomical potting workshop for other technicians globally in similar roles. The workshop offers a comprehensive overview of the potting process, giving the delegates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience. The course covers everything from renovation and repair to complete production. The technical team will guide you through the step-by-step process in which you will be given the opportunity to create an anatomical pot. We are proud to be global leaders in this field and have a real passion for helping & developing others.

Don't miss out on this amazing workshop!
