Professor Carol Joinson was invited to join the International Consultation on Incontinence Research Society and attended their meeting on 5-7th June where she organised a 'think tank' on the topic "What evidence do we need to improve the attainment of bladder and bowel control in children and prevent negative sequelae in adolescence and adult life?".  She also contributed to a symposium on the topic of mental health and incontinence.
