A great opportunity to experience Ultra as a learner and get used to the interface in this in-depth resource which guides you through topics such as building content, adding interactivity, and encouraging discussion and collaboration. Log in to Blackboard and self-enrol in Ultra Ready.

Ultra Workshops

We have developed workshops to help you get started with Ultra, tailored for academic and professional services staff. These short workshops will show you the basics of Ultra and carrying out key tasks. Advice on Ultra is also available in the DEO daily drop-ins, plus 1-2-1 support is also available.

Self-access training materials

Digital and blended Design

The Digital Design self-study course is an introduction to designing for online and highly-blended learning. You can dip in to particular sections or work through the whole course to help build your skills and knowledge. Enrol via the BILT catalogue on Develop.

DEO on Develop

Browse and enrol onto training sessions run by the Digital Education Office (DEO) by logging into Develop and using the topic Learning and Teaching, or enter "Digital Education Office" in the search box.
