Dave Sibley is the lead for the Mental Health Advisory Service (MHAS) and part of the management team. -
Nicky Bacon
Mental Health Adviser. Nicky is an Occupational Therapist, and previously worked for North Bristol Assessment and Recovery Team, and Windmill Hill City Farm. Can provide advice to staff who may be supporting students currently struggling with their mental health. Co- Facilitates the referral-only Wellbeing group. Runs weekly clinics in the Student Health Service term time alongside appointments year-round in the Student Counselling Service. -
Polly Powell
Mental Health Adviser. Polly is a Registered Mental Health Nurse, and has clinical experience in inpatient mental health settings, before joining the Mental Health Advisory Service. Can provide advice to staff who may be supporting students currently struggling with their mental health. Co- Facilitates the referral-only Wellbeing group. Runs weekly clinics in the Student Health Service term time alongside appointments year-round in the Student Counselling Service. -
Tanisha Barrett
Mental Health Adviser. Tanisha is a Registered Mental Health Nurse and has clinical experience in inpatient mental health settings and the community. Provides mental health support to students, and can advise staff who may be supporting students currently struggling with their mental health. Runs weekly clinics in the Student Health Service alongside appointments year-round in the Student Counselling Service.
