The Healthy Minds programme
The programme gives you:
- a three month full acesss pass 'active plus'
- help from us with the creation of a self-help plan
- access to a variety of classes
- a personal activity plan
- support for future health maintenance
- your own drop-in counsellor and activity mentor

Who is the programme for?
If you are affected by low mood, mild to moderate anxiety or depression, low self-esteem or social isolation, this programme may be for you.
The programme is open to all students.
How to apply
You must attend a Talk and Plan (TAP) session. During this session you can discuss with your counsellor if the Healthy Minds programme is appropriate.
