Female Leadership Initiative (FLi)
FLi is aimed at Academic and Professional Services staff, at any career stage or grade. It creates a reflective and supportive space for participants to explore individual impact, develop their authentic leadership style, and build confidence and personal resilience.

Leading Collaborative Teams (LCT)
LCT is for aspiring and emerging leaders from across Academic and Professional services communities. This programme supports the development of empowered individuals who can lead by example with self-awareness and compassion, to build, nurture and sustain effective, collaborative teams.

Bristol Senior Leaders (BSL)
BSL aims to develop adaptive leaders who can successfully respond to current and future challenges faced by the University. It will offer leaders across all divisions, faculties, and academic pathways the opportunity to work together in a collaborative environment, to explore their own leadership and how they can contribute to leadership within the wider context.

Elevate
Elevate is a creative personal and professional development programme that acknowledges and celebrates the history, culture and diverse lived experiences of women of colour. Our award-winning, cross-institutional programme creates spaces for participants to explore their authentic leadership, increase their influence, and connect with each other.

100 Black Women Professors NOW
The Women’s Higher Education Network 100 Black Women Professors NOW pipeline programme is for early, mid and advanced-career academics and PhD students who identify as women of Black African and/or Black Caribbean heritage. It provides coaching, development, networking and mentoring and works with leadership, managers and supervisors to deliver systemic change.
