The Drive Project involves an intervention with high risk domestic abuse perpetrators, and is being piloted in three locations: Essex, West Sussex and South Wales. The University of Bristol team are evaluating the Drive Project, assessing outcomes, process and cost benefit of the intervention. The Drive Project aims to impact the lives of victims, children and perpetrators by offering a multi-agency intervention to address the behaviour of domestic abuse perpetrators and ensure that the criminal justice system provides a robust response. To maximise impact the Project has a focus on high-risk perpetrators referred from Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC) in the three Project locations.
