Principal Investigator Dr Simon Sebire is Senior Lecturer in Physical Activity and Public Health at the University of Bristol. Dr Simon Sebire’s specialist area of research is the psychology of human motivation, specifically the 'what' and 'why' of physical activity and sedentary behaviour among children, adolescents and adults.
Ms Kate Banfield is a Research Associate undertaking a process evaluation of the PLAN-A project to understand the underlying processes of the invention. As part of this role, she will be conducting interviews with the people taking part in the project.
