Welcome

The Faculty of Science is the largest Faculty in the University, and embraces disciplines across the environmental sciences, the life sciences and the mathematical and physical sciences. All of its departments enjoy strong international reputations in research, with excellent results in the 2008 RAE, and the Faculty is equally strong in teaching, with outstanding results in the Subject Reviews of its departments. It offers an outstanding intellectual environment for both its staff and its undergraduate and postgraduate students.
