Corporate university stationery - business cards, compliment slips and letterheads.

We can supply corporate letterheads, UoB comp slips, UOB Business cards (PDF, 509kB) and place cards. Just send us your details and we will do the rest, including sending a PDF proof for approval before printing. For all stationery orders, please email bespoke-printing@bristol.ac.uk.

We also supply letterheads pre-printed with the University of Bristol logo, to which you can add addresses, contact details and other, approved, logos. Guidance on where to place other logos on letterheads (PDF, 173KB) is available.

University of Bristol corporate image

We work closely with the University's Communications and Marketing Division and an approved list of suppliers, including litho printers and graphic designers, to ensure that the University of Bristol corporate visual identity is applied consistently and correctly.

Departmental print jobs with a valid budget code must be submitted through the Print Submission system.  Please do not use an external supplier without the agreement of Procurement and Print Services.  If you are working on a home PC, please ensure you are signed in using the VPN or remote desktop service.
