Programme Description
AMASED D2K led scoping of the application of DataSHIELD to academic publishing and digital humanities. 
58READIE D2K oversaw the infrastructure, administrative and strategic management of the 1958 Birth Cohort Biomedical Resource.
BRISSKit D2K members led the integration of DataSHIELD into BRISSKit.
BioSHaRE-EU An EU FP7 funded project in which D2K led the implementation DataSHIELD (and other tools) to allow researchers to analyse pooled data from different cohort and biobank studies within the consortium. D2K members also examined the social and epistemic implications of tools and methodologies for biobank standardisation, harmonisation and data sharing.
