  A Research Associate or Senior Research Associate position is available in the Quantum Engineering Technology Labs (QET Labs). This is an open position and subject to funding. There is no hard deadline as this is a rolling advert.

  We welcome applications from people looking for a PhD in Physics or Engineering who are interested in working within QET Labs. When you apply please select your Faculty as the Faculty of Science and Engineering, Programme as Physics, and research interest as Quantum Photonics.
• PhD through the Quantum Engineering CDT
  The Quantum Engineering Centre for Doctoral Training offers a 4-year PhD programme and an exceptional training and development experience for those wishing to pursue a career in the emerging quantum technologies industry or in academia. We are seeking candidates with backgrounds in mathematics, engineering, computer science and the physical sciences. Applications are now closed for the September 2023 intake.
• MSc in Optoelectronic and Quantum Technologies
  The MSc in Optoelectronic and Quantum Technologies offers a one-year full-time masters programme, where students will gain a deep understanding of the design, fabrication and use of the next generation of integrated circuits, sub-systems and systems that combine optics, electronics and quantum engineering for applications in communications, computing, sensing, and healthcare.
