Ticket collection
Tickets are available for collection
on the day of your graduation ceremony from
The Refectory, Woodland Road.
Please remember to bring your Student ID (or other photographic ID) with you.
- How many? All graduands are guaranteed two guest tickets (as well as their own graduand ticket) for the ceremony. There is no charge for these tickets.
-
Extra tickets? It is unlikely that there will be any spare tickets for the Great Hall. Therefore, we would advise against making expensive travel arrangements for additional guests.
However, if there are any extra tickets, they will be available on the day from the ticket collection point only at the specified times. They will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis at a maximum of one extra ticket per graduand.
- Are babies and children allowed to attend the ceremonies? Graduation ceremonies are lengthy and formal occasions and we regret that they are unsuitable for babies and small children. We would advise that you make alternative arrangements for childcare.
- How do I get my tickets? Tickets will be available to collect on the day of your ceremony from The Refectory
Please note that we will not be able to allocate tickets for your ceremony outside of your specific time slot.
When collecting tickets, graduands are asked not to bring guests into The Refectory. Guests will be welcome to wait in the Terrace Bar (accessible via the main entrance of The Hawthorns) where refreshments will be on sale from 8.30 am.
