Attendance and Eligibility

Registration will close at 5.00pm on Monday 20 May 2013. Please read the information below before registering for graduation.

All postgraduate candidates should read the information for postgraduate candidates before registering.

Attendance

Graduands can choose to attend the ceremony or receive their degree in absentia.

Please note that we cannot guarantee students who fail to register by the deadline will be allocated a space at their degree ceremony. You must complete the application process even if you do not wish to attend a ceremony.


Eligibility

How can I check my results?

Results, when confirmed, will be available via your Student Info pages.

Should I wait for my result before registering for graduation?

No, you should register for graduation whether you are aware of your result or not.

What if I am not awarded my degree?

If you are not awarded your degree and you have confirmed your attendance for the Summer Term Congregation 2013, you will be automatically put forward to the Winter Term Congregation in January 2014.


Register

Online form

To register to attend a graduation ceremony please confirm by completing the relevant form on your Student Info pages (for current students), or Past Student Info (for former students).

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please contact the Graduation Office.

Email form

Students who do not have access to the online registration will be sent a form by email, which they should complete and return. We will then confirm receipt of the form.

If you have not received a registration email and you are eligible to attend the ceremony in July, please contact the Graduation Office.
