Organising public lectures, graduation, official and VIP visits
The Public and Ceremonial Events Office provides an important link between the University and the community at large. Its activities include an exciting annual programme of public lectures which attract people from the city and beyond. It is also responsible for the University's graduation ceremonies and other major events.
The Public and Ceremonial Events Office is happy to offer advice and support on the organisation of public lectures, formal or ceremonial events (such as award ceremonies or the opening of new University premises), hospitality events and matters of protocol for receiving important visitors.
Announcements
The July 2013 ceremonies will take place between Friday 12 July to Friday 19 July 2013. A full schedule is now available.
