A tailored version of the University's resourcing guidance has been developed to provide a framework for selecting staff to fill posts in the new SPR structures. This forms an appendix to the main SPR Implementation Protocol.
In addition, if you are recruiting to a Research and Teaching pathway position (Lecturer, Senior Lecturer/Reader, Chair or their clinical equivalents) or a Professional/Administrative grade J or above vacancy, the Resourcing Team will be working closely with you throughout the process.
