Studying abroad over the summer provides you with an opportunity to travel and gain an international experience.
There are two ways to study abroad for the summer:
University of Bristol partner study abroad summer programmes
For all University of Bristol partner programmes, there is funding available to help with the cost.
NSYSU: Mandarin language and culture in Taiwan
Spend 4 weeks studying Mandarin language and culture in at National Sun Yat-sen University in Taiwan.
Open to all undergraduate students not in their final year.
Summer schools at partner universities
Join a summer school at a partner university and apply for Turing funding to cover some of the costs.
Find your own study abroad summer schools and opportunities
You can attend any summer school from any university around the world, including one of the University of Bristol's 150 partners. You will need to apply directly to the host university. The costs will be your responsibility but you can apply for the Summer Abroad Scholarship to help with the costs.
