The Art of Science 2011

The Art of Science is a creative arts competition for research scientists in the Faculty of Medical and Veterinary Sciences at the University of Bristol.  Researchers are challenged to look for aesthetic beauty in their experimental work, ranging from fantastic fluorescent images of the cell to photography of science in action within the laboratory.

We are not just looking for those beautiful microscopy images, but would like to attract a range on media, which displays the breadth of research environments and techniques found here in the Faculty. Check out previous winners to get an idea (below).
