Services we provide

The Estates Contracting Group provide a professional service managing the procurement of Estates contracts and large Capital equipment purchases. We seek solutions that provide value for money for the University and are compliant with the obligations under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (also informally known as OJEU Regulations). Wherever possible we will seek to adopt and work within current industry best practice.

All other purchasing procedures can be advised through contacting the Procurement Team.

Estates Contracting Group tender throughout the year. Suppliers can registrar for free on the e-tendering portal Bravo Solutions giving them informed contract opportunities and deadlines.
