Our role in the Estates Office is to support the University’s mission by developing, servicing and managing the University estate to meet the institution’s high standards. Our aims are to provide consistent, quality services that support the day-to-day operations at the University and help our customers achieve their goals by providing a sustainable and positive physical working environment.
The Estates Office is headed by the Bursar and Director of Estates and is divided into six business streams; Facilities Management, Capital Projects, Operations, Space and Asset Management, Procurement and Sustainability.
