Estates Operations
The University of Bristol owns in excess of 600 acres of land and over 300 buildings, some 85 of which are listed. It is the responsibility of Estates Operations for ensuring the University has an estate which is in good condition, fit for purpose and compliant in relation to all relevant legislation. Estates Services carries out this work through a collection of operational services. Information about all of our services is included on this website.
Estates Operations is directed by Parviz Partow who has responsibility for setting the overall direction, strategy and budget. Estates Operations is a department of the Estates Office, which is headed by the Bursar, Patrick Finch.
