Careers Service & the ILO.

Pugsley Lecture Theatre (Queen’s Building)

This session is designed to help you identify what stage you are at in your career planning, how your first-year mentor can support you with it and which person would be best suited to provide the
information that you need. You will hear from the Careers Service and Rachael De’Ath (formerly of Arup) about how to understand your own motivations, values, skills and experience, and how to research the companies effectively to see which would be your best fit.

Light refreshments afterwards - all welcome.

The Industry Insight event programme is aimed primarily at students - speakers from a range of industries will share their inside knowledge. All of the talks will be followed by a Question & Answer session and a chance to meet the speaker(s) over drinks.
