AccessibilityImage: accessibility symbol.

Where possible accessibility guidance and advice criteria have been embedded into relevant sections as much of this will benefit students in general by creating a more flexible approach to teaching and learning. By moving beyond a one-size-fits-all approach we remove unintensional barriers to learning. In addition to other catagories criteria you should ensure that:

  • University guidance on accessibility with regards to online materials is followed.
  • Content is available in appropriate and standard formats (using recommended authoring tools).
  • Online activities are designed to be inclusive.
  • Fulfilled by Blackboard.Platform has appropriate time out rules.
