We are looking for volunteers to take part in the following CRICBristol research projects:


Blood pressure and pain in healthy male volunteers

This study is looking for healthy male volunteers ~30-75 years of age to take part. You will be reimbursed £25 for your time.

Cognitive fatigue in multiple sclerosis
This study is looking for healthy female volunteers ~40-75 years of age to come in for an MRI scan and cognitive testing.

Text comprehension in real time
This study is looking for healthy volunteers aged 18-35 to take part. You will be reimbursed £15 for your time.

Chemoreceptor reflex antagonism during lower body negative pressure
This study is looking for healthy volunteers aged 18-75 and with normal blood pressure to take part.

Blood pressure and sensory perception
This study is looking for volunteers with high blood pressure to take part. You will be reimbursed £50 for your time.

Hippocampal imaging in early Alzheimer's disease
This study is looking for older volunteers ~60+ years of age to come in for an MRI scan and cognitive testing.

fMRI study on hippocampal subfields in ageing
This study is looking for healthy male and female volunteers between the ages of 40 and 60 to come in for an MRI scan and cognitive testing.

Fun MRI study for children
This study is looking for right-handed children with and without autism to take part.

Auto-regulation of brain blood flow
This study is looking for volunteers ~50-75 years of age to take part at CRICBristol and the Bristol Heart Institute.
