We are looking for volunteers to take part in the following CRICBristol research projects:


Cognitive fatigue in multiple sclerosis
This study is looking for healthy volunteers  18-60 years of age to come in for an MRI scan and memory testing.

Blood pressure and sensory perception
This study is looking for volunteers with high blood pressure to take part. You will be reimbursed £50 for your time.

Hippocampal imaging in early Alzheimer's disease
This study is looking for older volunteers ~60+ years of age to come in for an MRI scan and cognitive testing.

fMRI study on hippocampal subfields in ageing
This study is looking for healthy male and female volunteers between the ages of 40 and 60 to come in for an MRI scan and cognitive testing.

Fun MRI study for children
This study is looking for right-handed children with and without autism to take part.

Carotid Body in Young Onset Hypertension 

This study is looking to recruit young adults (aged 18-39) with and without high blood pressure.

MINOH-HF 

This study is looking for patients with heart failure.

An MRI Study of the Neural Basis of Visual Memory

We are looking at doing a brain imaging study to look at parts of the brain that are involved in vision and memory. We are looking for healthy participants (without visual or neurological problems) between 10 and 65 years old.

Sex Differences Blood Pressure Study

We are looking for volunteers to take part in a study about how blood pressure is controlled differently in men and women. We hope to understand why some young women develop high blood pressure and why risk of high blood pressure increases after the menopause.  

Memory Neuroimaging Study

This study is looking for healthy volunteers ~18-60 years of age to take part.
