Contract consultancy

One of the greatest strengths of the Bristol Colloid Centre is its position at the heart of the Colloid Group.  It is the intention of the BCC to carry out consultancy work using the Centre's permanent staff only.  However we are able to call on the expertise on offer in the Colloid Group.

Drawing on this expertise can save countless hours of background work as well as providing a fresh perspective from which to tackle a piece of work, thus speeding up the whole consultancy process.  This relationship works well and still maintains the confidentiality required by our industrial customers.

In addition we also have close working relationships with the Interface Analysis Centre, Polymer and Complex Liquid Physics Group and the Centre for Organised Matter Chemistry.
