Peter is currently working on his postgraduate thesis entitled “British Art 1957-1969: Science Under the Spectre of Hiroshima and Sputnik.”
Co-organiser and co-convener, “New Voices: Art and Desire” an AAH student research conference at the University of York, 7 November 2009.
Peter was the unit coordinator for the second-year undergraduate unit “Theories of Art” at the University of Bristol (2009-2010).
Peter has also taught dayschool courses at the Royal West of England Academy of Art and at the Bristol Gallery, and an Advanced Diploma seminar for the University of Oxford’s Department for Continuing Education: History of Art.
Peter is the recipient of the AHRC Doctoral Award. He has been a member of the Student Members’ Committee of the Association of Art Historians since 2008, and has served as the secretary of the committee since 2009.
