This unit will enable participants registered on the University&�s Teaching and Learning in HE programme to pursue a topic of interest and relevance to them and their working context with the support of individual supervision. It is intended to provide opportunities to study an area that falls outside of the existing unit specifications, and to facilitate extended action research, reflection and scholarship in a departmental context and subject culture.
