Leadership Ethos framework
Funded by the UKRI, The Leadership Ethos is designed to support the development of leadership skills in all individuals, at all career stages, as part of a positive and inclusive culture. It helps to inform a common language around leadership and create a framework from which expectations of leadership can be clearly articulated.
