Aims

The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between intimate partner violence and abuse (IPVA) in young adults, their experiences of domestic violence while growing up, and their physical and mental health.

We also want to identify factors that modify these relationships, that is, that make it more likely that these young adults will have poor health outcomes.

The information collected will be used to help services work together more effectively to support and protect families and young people.
