Domain specific guidance
The Background document (PDF, 552kB) provides general guidance on completing QUADAS-2. Documents will follow shortly, giving more detailed guidance on how to assess the risk of bias and applicability for each of the domains included in QUADAS-2:

Database
The Access database which can be downloaded from this page contains the standard version of QUADAS-2. You can use this database to assess the risk of bias and applicability of studies included in your review.

Completed QUADAS-2 Assessments
Examples of completed QUADAS-2 assessments for a variety of different reviews will shortly be available for download.
Template for tabular display
The word document containing an example tabular presentation of the QUADAS-2 assessments can be downloaded. This can be edited to present the results of your QUADAS-2 assessments (you may need to cut and paste the appropriate symbols).
Template for graphical display
An excel spreadsheet is also available. This can be edited to include the results of your QUADAS-2 assessments and can then be used to produce a graphical summary of the results.
