Research interests
Václav Janeček's work focuses on private law theory and philosophical puzzles at the intersection of law and computer science.
He is the Programme Director of the University of Bristol Law School's LLM in Law, Innovation and Technology. Outside Bristol, Václav is an Associate Member of the Oxford University's Department of Computer Science and co-directs the Oxford LawTech Education Programme.
