Biography
Chathuni's research focuses on contract law, personal property law, and the interface between the two. Her current interests are in contracts of sale for goods, the doctrine of frustration and the application of property law principles to intangible property. Her research examines these topics through the prism of both English and Scots law. She draws on doctrinal, historical and sometimes comparative methodologies in her work.
