Research interests
Dr Taro Takahashi is a Principal Scientist and Head of Grazing Systems at Agri-Food & Biosciences Institute. Originally trained as a mathematical economist, his research interests include bioeconomic modelling and life cycle assessment (LCA) of livestock production systems as well as progamme evaluation and general equilibrium modelling of pasture and livestock-based economies. He was a Senior Lecturer at Bristol Veterinary School between 2016-2025.
