Research interests
Originally trained as a mathematical economist, Dr Taro Takahashi's research interests include bioeconomic modelling and life cycle assessment (LCA) of livestock production systems as well as progamme evaluation and general equilibrium modelling of pasture and livestock-based economies. In addition to his role at Bristol Veterinary School, Dr Takahashi also works as a Research Scientist for Rothamsted Research located near Okehampton, Devon.
