Research interests
My current research interests include:
Salesperson motivation and wellbeing - looking at intrinsic and extrinsic motivation of sales and marketing personnel, their wellbeing and how workplace hinder or enhance feeling of weelbeing at work.
Gamification and serious games in education and team building as well as in brand co-creation.
Use of coaching in teaching in HE, use of coaching in superviasing postgraduate taught and research students, coaching project teams and use of coaching in teaching small groups.
Finally, consumer psychology: consumer rituals and symbolic consumption.
