Lucy is a Senior Research Associate who is mainly a qualitative researcher. She is part of the QuinteT Research group which uses mixed method approaches to optimise recruitment and informed consent to Randomised Controlled Trials.

Research interests
Lucy has undertaken qualitative and quantitative research in health for over ten years focusing on health workforce development and recruitment to randomised controlled trials (RCTs). Topic areas have included career choice motivation for Allied Health Professional (AHP) students, the assessment of advanced clinical practitioners (ACPs), introduction of new invasive procedures/devices and the dementia diagnosis pathway.
Lucy previously worked at the University of Winchester and the global health workforce charity Global Health Partnerships (formerly known as THET).
