Biography
Katie has a first-class degree in Psychology and a Diploma in Market and Social Research. She has been a researcher since 2016 and prior to working for the PFRC she worked for The Association of Convenience Stores, a trade association who lobby Government on the issues that make a difference to local shops.
Research interests
Katie is a quantitative researcher working for the Personal Finance Research Centre (PFRC). She conducts policy-relevant research across a range of areas relating to personal finance. She is particularly interested in research relating to poverty, inequality, financial well-being and living standards in the UK. She is part of the Geography Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Committee and is a staff Mental Health Champion.
