I am a Research Fellow at the Bristol Cyber Security Group and the National Research Centre on Privacy, Harm Reduction and Adversarial Influence Online (REPHRAIN). My research spans text mining and cyber security and focuses on developing new tools and techniques to support law enforcement agencies in their investigations pertaining to cyber crime. More particularly, my work has focused on automatically detecting child abuse media on P2P networks, identifying deceptive users and scammers in online social media and analysing cybercriminal communications on Darknet markets. I am also interested in the use of Artificial Intelligence for user data analysis and PETs in the context of children's rights.
